Alpha Bravo Integrated Services Limited is recruiting to fill the position of Civil / Structural Design Engineer in Lagos. The company provides customized technical and engineering solutions to clients in the maritime, petrochemical, energy, oil and gas sectors.
The Civil / Structural Design Engineer will support engineering design activities and contribute to projects involving marine solutions, offshore vessels, technical services, engineering design, and related energy-sector operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and development of civil and structural engineering designs.
- Prepare technical drawings, calculations, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Contribute to engineering design reviews and project planning activities.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant engineering standards, specifications, and project requirements.
- Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver project objectives.
- Provide technical support throughout the design and project execution stages.
- Review engineering information and identify potential design or structural issues.
- Assist with site assessments, inspections, and technical evaluations where required.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and engineering records.
- Support the delivery of civil and structural engineering solutions for maritime, offshore, petrochemical, energy, oil and gas projects.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in civil or structural engineering design is required.
- Knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable industry standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience in the maritime, offshore, petrochemical, energy, oil and gas, or related sectors will be an advantage.
