Job Summary
Tyla Integrated Services Limited, an indigenous and licensed private security services provider in Lagos, is recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Executive Security Driver.
The Executive Security Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services while maintaining a high level of security and discretion. The ideal candidate should be physically and mentally fit, possess good communication skills, and demonstrate professionalism when dealing with executives, clients, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and professional driving services to assigned executives or clients.
- Transport executives and authorized personnel to meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling executive movements and information.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks before and during assigned journeys.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
- Follow approved routes and driving procedures while adapting to traffic and security conditions.
- Remain alert to potential security risks and report suspicious situations promptly.
- Comply with all applicable road safety regulations and company security procedures.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure executives arrive safely and on schedule.
- Provide courteous customer service and professional interaction with clients and company personnel.
- Follow company policies, security protocols, and operational instructions.
- Participate in required security and driving training programmes.
Requirements
Applicants for the Executive Security Driver position should possess:
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
- Valid driving experience and the ability to drive safely and confidently.
- Physical and mental fitness to perform security driving duties.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and professional conduct.
- No criminal record; successful candidates will be subject to background checks.
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in military, police, private security, or related security services is an added advantage.
