Job Summary
The Retail / Brand Communication Associate will support daily retail operations while enhancing the brand’s digital presence. This role combines customer-facing retail responsibilities with content creation, digital communication, and brand storytelling to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily retail sales and provide excellent customer service in-store.
- Engage customers professionally and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Create and manage engaging content across the brand’s digital platforms.
- Maintain consistent brand communication and messaging.
- Assist with social media content planning and online engagement.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility.

- Support additional retail and communication activities as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in retail, fashion, digital marketing, or brand communication is an advantage.
