Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring inventory movement and reconciling physical stock with inventory records.
- Inspecting incoming goods to ensure they meet quantity and quality requirements.
- Updating inventory management software and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Organizing warehouse stock efficiently while ensuring proper storage and security.
- Preparing daily and monthly inventory reports, including stock levels, turnover, and aging analysis.
- Identifying inventory discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials when required.
