Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Onshore Team Leader in planning medium and long-term maintenance activities.
- Processing approved maintenance notifications and ensuring timely execution.
- Assisting technical support engineers with quality assurance for modification works.
- Preparing detailed maintenance work packs for complex maintenance activities.
- Coordinating equipment repairs and validating testing requirements.
- Reviewing and improving preventive maintenance programmes.
- Ensuring critical production equipment remains available for operations.
- Verifying the availability of materials required for preventive maintenance.
- Reviewing maintenance plans to optimise workload, procedures, spare parts, and SAP records.
- Serving as the onshore support focal point for offshore maintenance teams.
- Preparing scopes of work for repairs, maintenance, and modification projects.
- Building comprehensive SAP Work Orders, including:
- Required manpower and trades
- Materials and spare parts
- Tools and equipment
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Vendor and specialist support
- Safety requirements such as confined space and hot work permits
- Supporting preventive maintenance scheduling for plant and equipment.
- Reviewing work orders due within the next 90 days and ensuring they are ready for execution.
- Monitoring vendor readiness and reviewing held work orders through SAP.
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Valid offshore certifications, including:
- BOSIET
- HUET
- H2S
- OGUK Medical Certificate
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid knowledge of SAP maintenance systems.
- Good understanding of HSE standards and maintenance methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering, HSE, QA/QC, and maintenance teams.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
