Job Summary
The Agent Field Officer (AFO) will be responsible for expanding the bank’s customer base by recruiting new customers and agents, promoting banking products and services, and strengthening customer relationships. The successful candidate will drive customer engagement, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the bank’s digital and agency banking network.
Key Responsibilities
As an Agent Field Officer (AFO), you will:
- Recruit and onboard new customers and agents onto the bank’s platform.
- Facilitate account opening while ensuring complete Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Promote banking products and services, including POS terminals, digital banking applications, and savings products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.
- Increase customer engagement and encourage active use of the bank’s services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Represent the bank professionally while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
To qualify for this Agent Field Officer (AFO) position, applicants should possess:
- Minimum qualification of NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Applicants must be 35 years old or younger.
