This opportunity is designed to equip young professionals with practical experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify and engage prospective customers.
- Promote the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements for the Buckler Systems Graduate Trainee Program 2026
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a target-driven environment.
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is required.
