Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s presence across various social media platforms, creating engaging content, growing online communities, and executing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and other multimedia content that aligns with the company’s brand voice.
- Manage social media campaigns to increase engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend strategies to improve brand visibility.
- Ensure all published content complies with company branding guidelines and policies.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Theatre Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in social media management.
- Must be a serving NYSC Corps member.
- Must reside in or around Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
