Job Summary

Job Title: Field Marketing Officer

Location: Abuja, FCT

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000 per month plus performance-based commission

Job Responsibilities

As a Field Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting the company’s products and services to customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Driving app downloads, customer registrations, and active platform usage.
• Identifying and onboarding vendors, merchants, and service providers.
• Generating leads through field marketing, referrals, community engagement, and direct sales.
• Explaining the company’s products and value proposition to prospective customers.
• Following up on leads and converting prospects into active users and business partners.
• Meeting weekly and monthly marketing, onboarding, activation, and sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, conversions, customer feedback, and marketing activities.
• Representing the company professionally during field campaigns and promotional activities.
• Preparing reports on field activities, customer responses, market opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

• An OND or an equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence, professionalism, and a target-driven attitude.
• Ability to engage customers directly through field marketing activities.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and mobile applications.
• Willingness to work in a performance-based environment.
