Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Drive the achievement of assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and execute high-value business development opportunities.
- Mobilize investment funds and close structured financial transactions.
- Handle transactions involving commercial papers, bonds, shares, equity, and other approved investment instruments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute revenue generation strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, transaction progress, and target achievement.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance throughout all client engagements.
Requirements
Interested applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Three to five years of experience in business development, sales, investment banking, fundraising, or high-value transaction origination.
- Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close large-scale financial deals.
- Good understanding of financial instruments such as bonds, equity, commercial papers, and related investment products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will be expected to achieve:
- Monthly Sales Target: ₦500,000,000
- Performance will be measured based on successfully completed transactions and revenue generated.
Salary and Benefits
Successful candidates will receive:
- Fixed Annual Salary: ₦2,500,000 (Net), inclusive of commission.
- Performance Bonus: ₦250,000 net upon achieving 100% of the monthly target.
- Total Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to ₦500,000 net.
- Additional Commission: 0.1% to 0.5% per completed transaction.
Commission earnings will depend on:
- Transaction value
- Deal complexity
- Nature of the financial transaction
- Amount of funds mobilized
