Job Summary
- Position: Quantity Surveyor

- Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month
Quantity Surveying Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material schedules, and cost estimates.
- Measure and value construction works from drawings and site records.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Verify subcontractor and supplier invoices before payment processing.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and verify completed quantities.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and contractual documentation.
Procurement Responsibilities
The successful candidate will also:
- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Obtain and analyze quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement reports.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Track material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites.
- Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
Salary
Successful candidates will earn between ₦250,000 and ₦300,000 per month.
