Job Description
The Procurement Graduate Intern will provide both specialized and non-specialized transactional support services while ensuring consistency and quality in completed tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned team.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Assist in drafting bidding documents, evaluation reports, and contract award submissions while ensuring consistency in format and content.
- Support the preparation of Purchase Orders, Contracts, Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), and amendments.
- Assist with client relationship and stakeholder management activities.
- Conduct National Content data reviews and analysis.
- Support data management and reporting activities.
- Provide document control support and maintain records effectively.
Requirements
Interested candidates must:
- Be Nigerian citizens.
- Possess a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in Accounting, Business Management, Social Sciences, Engineering, Law, or other related disciplines.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme and possess either a discharge or exemption certificate.
- Have no more than two years of post-NYSC experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Candidates should possess:
- Ability to work effectively within teams.
- Good communication and data analysis skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong presentation skills.
