The MD Personal Assistant will manage the office efficiently in the absence of the Managing Director, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Key responsibilities include reading, monitoring, and responding to the MD’s emails; answering calls and liaising with clients; drafting correspondence on behalf of the MD; delegating work in the MD’s absence; managing the diary and scheduling meetings; organising complex travel; taking action points and writing minutes; preparing papers for meetings; taking dictation; planning and organising events; improving office systems; conducting research; preparing presentations; managing and reviewing filing and office systems; typing; sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment; and managing ad hoc projects.
